About Us

A House with a Soul

Cholula Condesa is an intimate sanctuary where Mexican tradition meets contemporary elegance. Designed by the visionary studio Década, the property embodies the warmth and comfort of home while offering a refined, vintage-inspired aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that feels personal, inviting, and luminous.

Built on Heritage

The architectural vision of Cholula21 was led by Francisco Pardo, who reinterpreted the elegance of a 1930s art déco building with a contemporary approach. His work preserved the essence of the original structure while opening it to modern life—balancing history and innovation, private retreat and urban vitality.

History

The Decada Vision

The interiors were envisioned as a continuation of Francisco Pardo’s architectural proposal—urban, contemporary, and full of character. Década translated this foundation into an atmosphere designed to slow the rhythm of the city: a sanctuary of calm and serenity.

Rather than replicate the past, their design layers timeless references with a refined contemporary spirit. Sobriety and minimalism define the finishes and palette, while vintage pieces, curated furniture, and accents of color bring individuality to each of the 13 rooms. The result is an experience that feels intimate and luminous—where tradition and modern ease converge, and where true luxury is found in restraint.
